In one sense he has a point ...charity is great but can it be counted on in the future?..and there needs to be accountabilty if something should go awry in terms of services/equiptment rendered...Furthermore, the government should be responsible for the tendering of the bids for the private companies to apply to, for maximal transparency. Otherwise one risks systemic nepotism /cronyism etc...
