Brown is speaking out loudly on what's at stake here for all stakeholders. Good for him. NOT needs more of This and from many more people involved, including NOT's management. These developments can simply not be carried out on diplomacy alone, nor on keeping fulfilling requests for additional research, info and discussion. Change does come in stages, there is a mutual resposibility for Canada 's insiders to proof Cliffs' wrong when it stated that it will not be done in a lifetime. A strong business case, Some more self-awareness on the advantages and benefits going forward, mutual aligned interests, like the examplatore Hydro One case. It all boils down to one question, What if we do not proceed with the ROF development ? An opportunity loss with no precedent to it in Canadian history, opportunity loss for FN long wished development, job opportunity löss and in the end a TOTAL derogation risk for Canadian mining business. Bring the message out. I am for openess, transparency instead of 'keeping it under the radar' for het another decade. The main point is that keeping it under the radar, as we have been Reading on This board for long, brought the project nowhere. Coutts needs to stand up with more daring attitude. That is what is miss: the attitude to get it done. Mentality, personality, a can do attitude, RN had it all.
