There Was, but short and not enough to make it into the summary, is my conclusion. Also nothing new was said about it. NDP candidate (Rafferty?) mentioned it and there was a question from the public about it precipotating old answers.

The whole debate was centered about direct issues pertinent to Thunder Bay and I got the impression that the audience was not focused enough (or aware much) on the Ring.
