I really don't get it what all this is about...secured/unsecured/50 mln.

What I would like to know if this is good or bad. Will I get the 5dollars Sum is "hoping" for or will it be a miserable 1 dollar??

Sorry for asking but most posts I get the point but this one is so unclear to me.
