You have good and very valid points. I doubt most here disagree with them.

Where I differ from you and presumably as others, is that you continually and staunchly support Harper who is far from blameless. That is hard to accept unless you are some how connected with the Conservative party.

There is plenty of blame to be spread about between both governments and the natives.

Natives - deadline now past over the study and not a sound of results to date.
