One question ..Why do we have to buy hydro from Quebec and/or Manitoba do we not have rivers that flow into Hudson and James Bay also, but no... we spend billions on a subway in Toronto...while the infrastucture in the rest of Ontario goes into the crapper.

Ontario used to be the "engine" of Canada now we are a" have not province" ..shame! shame!

The government does not have that billion left ...it was not set aside ...surprise ..we are broke...face it why do you think they are trying to get dollars to spend by starting their own pension plan .... that nobody wants ....more money to play with?

While I am at it, why not blame Harper for the fall of the Chinese ecomomy, the falling price of oil, the war in Syria, the human catastrophy in the middle east etc...this forum has beat him pillar to post, and it has become too political.

This forum was set up for the topic of Noront and there has been too many different subjects other than Noront voiced ergo less and less participants.
