Something definitely is happening. Although at a much different price point, KWG has had some buying at the ask for the last 3 trading sessions, and trading more volume than usual, and mostly through RBC. Looks like something is happening behind the scenes, and don't be surprised if it involved both NOT and KWG.

perhaps a settlement prior to going to court?
