But we need to remember that the frenzy was not only due to our resource but also due to global economy being also frenzied. Autumn of 2008 took care of the global frenzy.
China was on after-burners. Now it is in recession by their recent standards.
Note that then our in-ground resources were smaller by today's and similar with out land claims. The greater assets now should partly compensate for the lack of global frenzy, when some needed only to turn soil over with a spade and there were expectations and speculations.
It is a different world now.
Also look how our expectations regarding permitting have turned out from just a few years ago.
Am still optimistic but with caution. Ed.
