A nickel price spike expected in 2018 ... this would have been good for Noront under the original planning. But my understanding is that mine construction will not start until winter 2016/17 because the environmental permits will not be in place end of 2015. Then Noront will enter the market a bit late.

If this is correct, then, in other words, someone failed to "get it right." And it's NOT the NOT management.
