500 shares is generous, how about just one lot or a sub lot for an insult.

That has been my experience over the last few decades.

Can you blame me for being impatient, frustrated and on occasion damn angry with the regulators?

If we live long enough we see almost everything. Too bad that we have no ability to correct.
