You could always see it as an extended opportunity to get really cheap shares for those in the players seats until it is time for true valuation.....but then that's being optimistic. :) It should be considered a crime and a matter for investigation should it achieve only a relatively small increase as it's been touted on radio and in the papers the billions that the ROF is worth. It wouldn't even take half a brain to question why it went for so little should that come to pass. I'm going to take an optimistic view for myself.
