And when did RCF first invest?
/////////////////////////////////////////
Good evening MarlboroDog..........Late 2011 was the time window when there was
large amount of NOT shares traded, enough IMO for RCF to accumulate over 19 million
shares before going over 10% by buying some 250,000 shares and having to report the
purchase.
That acquisition was done in the spring of 2012.
I guessed couple of years ago that their average cost was to that point
72 - 74 cents. That was followed with a large PP at 52 cents which with all interest.
payments broght them to ownership of 52 Million shares or 21.5%. And again it's
my guess that their ownership by the end of 2015 will be some 103 Million or 35%.
Bao Steel on the other hand were in at just under 10% and their cost at 86 cents.
Later they were allowed to participate in 52 cent PP in order to maintain their
ownership percentage. That got their overall average down to 84 cents.
GLTY and all,
