My math works like this. We have 5-10+ billion in nickel/pge ore that cost 140 mil to find and 50 billion in chromite that cost 500 million to buy which we bought for 30million. So if I take 2% of that 60billion as our value we should have a MC of 1.2 billion
Hilarious.
An alternative calculation goes like this: The share price currently is below the 200-day average (!) (pause and recall where we stood 200 days ago), and at best at the same level as before the acquisition of the chromite assets. Normally, that would lead one to conclude the chromite is to be valued at zero (the same estimation as the one famously made by Cliff's CEO).
Of course I disagree with the market, and its price action. Every day some people discover they "urgently" have to sell their 1000$ worth of shares into the bid, at prices where probably nobody could have gained anything -- these people are obviously doing something different than doing their proper maths.
So I applaud the maths, but it is of no effect. (As the German saying goes: 'Denken hilft zwar, nuetzt aber nichts' -- 'Thinking is helpful, but not useful...')
