Noront is being bought out slowly and on the cheap. There is more than one reason why we are at .41 instead of .82 or more. All us non-influential shareholders are being sacrificed again so the main shareholders get more of the company. Is there ever going to be a public offering again at above a dollar? NO, just public fleecings it seems. Has the management (spit) done anything to raise the SP. All I see is taking money from insiders to further insiders.
