Ed,

You are doing better than me. Neither NOT nor KWG IR responded to my emails. However, Doggy123 on the KWG StockHouse board reported that he had been told by KWG investor relations that NOT had filed their response to KWGs appeal. The hearing is set for the end of October. The general discussion was that KWG and NOT are working together and if sucessful that appeal may be dropped.
