Hi Mike 97...............There was no outright purchase of shares of three cos.

It was share exchange: !0 Oban shares for each EAG share plus Warrants.

0.780 Oban shares for each TME share

1.88 Oban shares for each Ryan Gold share

7.671 Oban shares for each Corona share

Noront made out quite well by selling 23.75Million EAG shares for 12 cents per share

or $ 2.40 per share on post Reverse Split basis.
