"The E/W road study should be done by the end of summer"

I hate to be the bearer of bad news Paliman, we have yet to receive the report from our redundant survey of the E/W route by our inept governement, so your comment, although hopeful, I can only assume refers to the report approving the road as a good idea. If this is not the case and you expect the road to be completed by summer's end then I would have to say that holding your breath while waiting for this to happen may prove to make you blue; then red with anger. Besides, right now we are dealing with an ever changing wind called "The First Nations", which so far has not exactly blown in the right direction to fill our sails and take us anywhere. I would sooner like to hear that agreements of cooperation and revenue sharing have been signed by the First Nations, and that everyone, including the First Nations, are actually going to do something to move forward with the Ring fo Fire, instead of all this political jousting and incessant talking about it.
