You are correct it was Noront Steel in Sudbury and it was owned by Nemis Senior,his brother now runs the company

You are also right about the "parrot" it was his group that turned on Richard and tried to vote him out....I believe that Richard won that vote and then took the high road and resigned,and became President Emeritus (I also believe that he left with a healthy amount of shares)
