I am just as weak in interpreting what was meant. It appeared to be standard jargon however there are different levels of patent. I got that the process in of itself was unique but by using non inventive measures. That would suggest to me that the individual measures are not necessarily all inventive but the process as a whole would be and as such applicable to any industrial use.
