Since NOT now owns enough KWG shares to count as an insider, any takeover bid by NOT will trigger an independent evaluation of KWG assets, on which an offer must be based.

This will be difficult, as there are many variables involved.

However, a takeover seems unlikely, given the large bite (CLF assets)just taken which must still be digested, and the financial position of NOT.

Market cap of KWG is presently around $20million, as against the $120+million of NOT. Both are undervalued, and both can change quickly.
