I did not forget the road, it is most likely going to be E-W, that is why feds funded that study to give backbone to their decision which is awaiting confirnmation by the 4 communities.

As for pipes, they are for a single purpose and of no use to anyone except for their operators. I remind you that KWG itself was initially going for the railroad and only Noront was considering the pipe as a fall back option. KWG raised the pipe when problems with Cliffs and their road arose.
