You mean the court will not even consider the thought that after the fact bids are unacceptable?

If so then I think the court is taking the creditor's side. After all they all had more than plenty of time to submit their bids. Just because somebody else won is no excuse for crying about it to mama.

Second bid already has 25.2 million, it is from Noront and accepted as highest, I think..

If they accept the second round of bids, what is to stop a third round from someone else crying foul.
