I transferred 9782 Noront shares from my equity account to TFSA account.

Hi Babjak1........I'm sure you know but for those not as familiar, 9782 shares you

moved from your equity account are deemed sold and will trigger capital gains tax

if sold at a gain. On the other hand if those shares moved/sold are at a loss CRA

might disallow the capital loss saying you can NOT claim a loss and possibly double

or more in value in TFSA. It happen to me some years back.
