Message: Second bidder for the chromite assets
Does anyone know who the other bidder for the assets "Canadian development and marketing Corporation" are? If they were to be lucky to obstruct the deal and buy the assets what can we expect in terms of development and timeline. As i see it both outcomes are positive for Noront, as they have enough proven resources and are the biggest landholders in the ring - this is quite enough for a good mine and a prosperous future for Noront. If somebody else will chip in in regards to infrastructure that would be fine. Owning it all would also be fine, but would make it harder to make the nessesary deals about infrastructure. It also looks like Frank S. of KWG is kind of desperate, objecting to the sale of the KWG shares - not the best place to be in - owning a miniorty interest in the project while the majority holder owns 15% of his company. Looks like the same stalemate as with Cliffs. Best regards Lap
