Too much Capital of private companies being spent on developing infrustructure that the Federal and Provincial are responsible for.

Why else would they only want to develop the ring if their was a large company (major) promoting a mine and development of their own.

I pay my taxes and I am proud of it. The governments should stop wasting our tax money and get this done.
