To clarify, all the companies that accessed CLF's data room would have had to sign NDAs with CLF and later the court appointed FTI consulting. It is not an NDA between NOT, KWG and Franco Nevada. Further on in the court document you reference it states that the 4 FNs would also be willing to sign resonable NDAs with FTI Consulting to get access to the data room.
