If things do not come to head soon and all these frivalous claims are aren't put aside we will be in the same position as last year ...with no permits for winter roads ...another year wasted by trying to " get it right"..

An off-topic ... this new system for carbon is just another "tax Grab" and a way for all of use to pay and to appease the environ"mental" people of Ontario in the Toronto area.

I see that the no-wynne government is touting the Pan-Am games as the Toronto games ...we all know who will be paying for them ...the rest of Ontario!!!!
