I concur F_S the courts can not will not hold up the closing for the sale . The deal was agreed to buy all parties, time and money invested. Why would a court hold up a solid deal , for what a promise that we will try to pay more ,give me a break,lol. The four FN out of nine ,will just have to bargine in good faith with the new owners or get left behind. I still think the best route for the railway will be east to the coast. The only way i see this turning out for these four FN is if they stop the threats and talk with the new owners if not, well, things are moving east.
