The reason I got from the notice of why they are upset is that they wanted to buy the chromite and want the sale to be nulified because it did not go to public auction. They feel as if they were kept out of the sale bidding and that not enough time was given them to attempt a purchase. I don't think they realize that it was common knowledge that a sale was happening. I guess they were fishing and had no way of knowing this. Bob Rae must of been sleeping and the other leaders on different time than the rest of the world. I too agree with you that this is a sale amongst companies and nothing to do with buying land or resource from FNs. They are Canadians even if they don't agree with what their ancestors agreed to join and this age of FNs do recieve the government benifits so must either forfiet the benifits and claim that they own the land, becoming their own country or go with what every other Canadian must do when confronted with something they don't agree with. Go to court. We will see what happens. I guess we happened to be on the front line.
