I agree with a number of other posters that negotiations are progressing and NOT is advancing their (and our) interests, while addressing all other stakeholders (FN's included)

Did the powers to be ever announce that they are in negotiations right at this moment in time ? I have not heard that anyone is officially in talks. I certainly wish that something is going on behind the scenes but , if wishes were horses we would all be riding ! Can anyone point to something saying that there are ROF talks happenning or going to happen .
