With today's trading ends 20 day volume weighted average of Noront price

for the purpose of determaining number of shares needed to cover loan

interes for current quarter. That is if RCF opts to get paid in shares rather

than cash. Average is $ .4535 ( without volume weighting) for a total

768,645 shares to be paid on or before April15/15. That compares with

previous quarter's numbers of $ .278 average price for a total of 1,253,888

shares paid.Would like to caution, that both numbers mighy be out

because much heavier trading the last 7 days and somewhat improved

rate of CD Dollar.So the average could come out higher and # of shares

paid lower by the same %.
