Majority of NOT's moves, up or down, from early 2011 to present were speculative

in nature IMO. Even the sharp rally in Nov/2011 from low 50 cents to 94 cents is

to this day unexplained. I feel that because of heavy trading volume that month

it was possible for RCF to accumulate 20 Million shares and to finally breach

10% treshold in March of 2012.

I do NOT see this move as speculative, rather I see it as ongoing adjusment

to a brend new reality/paradigm.

At some point TA will reestablish itself. When? Time will tell.For now let the

adjustment continue. GLTA,
