Whatever is deemed to be fair for the royalty is fine by me as long as there is that promise of no further interruption as long as all contracts are still in good faith.

Of course, they are experts at finding reasons why the agreement or contract has been breached!

So perhaps it is better to say full right of way, exploration and mining within development areas.
