Would just like to briefly add that Noront is already utilizing FNs people whenever

possible. That includes training, exploration, logistics etc and has commited to

continue involving FNs in infrastructure building, power line installatin as well as

mine construction. All one has to look at is a list of organizations lined up by NOT

to plainly see that FNs will be widely engaged in all phases of developement of ROF.

And they should be by all means IMO.
