I believe the current plan is with respect to the development of Noront's nickel deposit.

Furthermore, I believe this recent purchase of Cliffs chrome is for the purpose of consolidation of the chrome assets in the ROF; just as it was when Cliffs bought SPQ 1/3 interest to lock up control with no intent of mining the Big Daddy deposit.

Perhaps when Noront gets to mining Cliffs chromite assets.... in a hundred years from now....the Matawa Chiefs may be ready to talk then.

In the meantime, there's some nickel and other chrome assets to mine.
