In a number of PMs we exchanged within the last year or so djje stated without

reservation: It is imperative for ROF to consolidate in order to see any kind of

meaningful forward progress in development ot this hugely rich mineral area.

He will be, IMO, proven right sooner than later. When NOT's story becomes so

compelling that governments of all jurisdictions ( however reluctant ) will be

forsed to get involved.
