We will is if the chief was right and the TOR for Noront will be issued on April 1. So i guess we will be held at this range till then,if they can. RCF will get its last payment of interest shares at a rock bottom price.The share price will finally be aloud to move to a level worthy of a litte finacing.I Think that price should make us all happy we will see. JMHO
