More than 24 hours after the bombshell news announcement I find myself still

pinching myself in utter disbelief. Both KWG and NOT coveted CLFs claims, that is

for sure and both said so number of times. Question was who will be faster in

lining up able, deep pocketed backers. So it was no surprise that one side will win.

What I have difficulty grasping is how Noront was able to do it on their on.

With two largest shareholders seemingly on the sidelines.

Game changer for sure.
