Hi luker.....Numbers I have are from mid 2014. CLFs had some 111,733, 000 shares

of KWG or roughly 14.5 % of KWGs issued shares. As far as i know they would have to

report as insiders. Above numbers may not be up to date but i deem them in the ball park.
