A) First, CLFs easily outmuscles NOT and gets FWR for some 100 Million.

B) Acquires additional properties while doing so.

C) spends some 400 Million developing the property.

D) Gets in deep trouble finacially and finally

E) Hands it over to Noront lock stock and barrel for mere 20 Million Dollars.

Even the youngest " Notsters" will NOT live long enough to witness a deal

like it again.
