By the unilateral KWG NR, I believe that they were taken by surprise...I don't believe they plan friendliness unless it is to Noront's benefit now. - lot will happen between now and 2018. It bothers me the immediacy a lot of posters are wanting....Infrastructure is still non-existent and the FN are still existent. But, slowly, it is coming together, like a big jigsaw puzzle...man, are some of us going to make a LOT of money.
