Well, just look at it this way....with the perception of things being on stall, it makes it easy to pick up shares for cheap. Just think of all of the weak hands letting go of their share to move on to something more promising. Then think of all of those who might still consider it a good deal, knowing full well that at some point it is going to take off. Who might that be? One needs to worry about NOT's financial/shares outstanding position if this delay goes too long, and who might acquire it more cheaply than they should.
