and, while boiling some sap yesterday, i had the chance to think about big companies and big government and kwg. the province couldn't/didn't give a hoot about frank's concerns as the government does not concern itself with cash flow. there was nothing urgent for them in anything kwg was attempting to accomplish. gov't officials get paid for being there, not for getting things done.

unfortunate to see a rof company die because of no comprehension at the gov't levels. if i write yet another missive to wynne i'm sure she'll have me out of the province in no time.
