Fine for rules but I have a vague memory, not of which stock but of a brokerage that flipped shares apparently from one of their accounts to another and the transaction was recorded well after 5:30 (5:45?). On another time I even saw a transaction time in late evening.

That was long ago and my memory is vague, I remember only because they stood out and I was very surprised.
