I was under the impression that drilling and similar work was to be on hold until we have some income.
What if it is not for exploration?
Like we often say, strange things happen.
Maybe they got a wind of something comming and are doing some basic preparation. Almost nothing hits the ground running. Often there are startups to Startups.

Perhaps the sp is not reacting to railway plans to James Bay or governments cooperating but to something else.

I know nothing, just another mushroom, but am just saying do not discount all possibilities no matter how remote.
