I think the silent rise of the SP is merely a bit of hope that a spring federal election will be called and the ROF will come into play. But if that's not the case, I suspect that this stock is dead in the water until late summer (fall election hopes). I hope I'm wrong, but I'm not holding my breath.

But as always, it gives me more time to slowly accumulate more shares.
