I'm in both and they are not in the same situation. NOT has has little to no control on changing the situation in the ROF beyond what they can do behind the scenes. Anything they do to promote the company would be $ down the tube and have zero long term impact. Frustrating for us as shareholders but until this is resolved at the political level the option for us the shareholder is to ride along and try to catch the up swing or take your dollars and see if you can do better elsewhere.
