Sum, I doubt the FN and their traditions have anything to do with their survival, because if that were the case then their survival at present would not rely on government funding. Too long have they been suckling from Ontario's bosom that their traditions now would be too hard pressed to be followed as a means of survival. A proud warrior does not accept charity, he forges his own path, and does what is right for his people, not what is convenient; bottled water anyone. Their customs now have shown only that they are becoming acustom to reliance, rather than say independance or self-sufficience.
