Yep lots of trades between banks RBC and CIBC at a lower sp. The one penny gain came at the last. I've seen this a lot with no guarantee of it immediately translating into a rising streak. There is still a lot of contoversy and unknowns not the least being the FN. This will require positive news to move up. The buy today may be a simple acquisition which had doubtful impact on todays sp. Check out the trades. So there is a contrarian view to your optimism.
