If the silly (probably well intentioned) multi clickers had stayed out of it the ROF infrastructure idea would still be doing well. As it is the site admins have sensibly stepped in and put ideas in rank order according to the proportions of positive and negative votes.

The rank doesn't really mean much, now does it? The whole point is to get the pols to pay attention.
